Sketch, a cool eighth grader, sees Pepper Ann skating at the park and mistakes her as an eighth grader. Pepper Ann is overjoyed and tries to maintain a "cool" image despite the fact that she knows nothing about the lifestyle.

In the end, she has to decide between her newfound "coolness" and her friends.

Sketch: Whoa, are you situation normal?
Pepper Ann: Load to your mother!
Milo: Pepper Ann! I got you a meat mold!

This episode marks the first appearance of Sketch and most of the other 8th graders, hence the title. It's also the first time we hear "load" and other eighth-grade lingo.
