Summary[]
While trying to win tickets to a Flaming Snot concert, Pepper Ann stumbles upon KHMS, Hazelnut Middle School's radio station. The DJ is Wayne Macabre, a loudmouthed student who makes fun of everything Pepper Ann loves: chill-aide, Flaming Snot, Fuzzy, girl's soccer, and more.
Pepper Ann tries to get him kicked off the air, but everyone tells her Macabre has a right to free speech.
