Summary[]
Pepper Ann hasn't been paying attention well lately, and as a result she volunteers for peer counseling as extra credit without noticing what she's signing up for (believing it has something to do with an actual pier, resulting in her showing up for her first session in beach attire).
Once she realizes she has the ability to change people's lives, she vows to help the next person who walks through the door, which is Dieter. But after Pepper Ann gives him advice, he goes missing!
