Summary[]
Mr. Finky gives his class a volunteer assignment and Pepper Ann gets stuck volunteering at Cocoon Gables Retirement Vista. She doesn't know how to treat the residents, so she continuously refers to a book for help.
However, after she gets treated unfairly because of her age, she begins to realize that they are just people, no matter their age, and begins to enjoy herself.
