Summary Edit

Alice Kane announces that she is moving to Calcutta, and she tells Pepper Ann that she wants to settle their differences before she goes. Pepper Ann suspects that Alice Kane is up to something, and she's very paranoid about everything the two of them do together.

Alice Kane: Pepper Ann, I realize that for several years now, there's been an...unspoken animosity between us.

Pepper Ann: Oh no, I speak about it all the time. Just the other day I was telling Nicky how annoying you—

Alice Kane: Yes. The point is...
Lydia: Peppie! Why is the phone always off the hook? Someone may be trying to reach us in case of an emergency!

Pepper Ann: Well, NutBank kept calling about your credit card...

Lydia: Oh. Well...that's different.

  • This is the last time the show "Lafftown, USA" shows up.
  • The title of this episode is a parody of the song "The Devil Went Down to Georgia".
  • This is the only time we see Alice Kane's parents or any of her family.
